To our Jonas Clients,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of the Jonas Software solution.  The past 12 months has been a period of rapid growth and expansion for the Jonas Construction Group.  This growth has created a number of opportunities for people within the organization, which we are always delighted to see.  The challenge that comes along with growth is our ability to add new members to the team while not compromising on the level of service we pride ourselves on.  As we continue to embark upon a period of high growth and recruitment, you will begin to hear some new voices when dealing with our support group.  As many can appreciate, the Jonas Software solution possesses a wealth of functionality that take time to familiarize oneself to.  We currently offer an intense training program for new staff, which we are continuing to build upon in an effort to ensure we are providing customers with the best support possible.

Beyond simply backfilling for those that have moved into new roles, we are increasing our headcount in a number of areas such as Development, Quality Assurance as well as Support in order to meet current demand and to raise the bar in terms of the level of support we are able to provide our clients.  I want to take the opportunity to thank you for your patience during this time and hope that you will begin to notice an improvement in our response and resolution times beyond the levels we are currently performing.

We value your business and look forward to a continued relationship of providing value through our solutions.  Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at anytime with any questions you may have.

Kind Regards,

Patrick Arkeveld
President - Jonas Construction Group

Jonas Construction Named in Constructech's 50 Hottest Companies

Toronto, Canada - July 13, 2010: Jonas Software, a leader in accounting, construction and service management software solutions, was named amongst the 2010 Constructech 50 Hottest Companies, a prestigious list of "the most influential construction technology providers with a strong and ongoing market presence.”

Winners of the Constructech 50 are selected from various factors including those organizations with "a strong product/service aimed at the construction industry, ongoing customer satisfaction and growth, as well as outreach and educational efforts for the construction industry.” Jonas Software fits the profile.

“We’re proud to accept this award especially considering how our team has come together over the last year to combat tough economic changes within the construction industry,” says Kevin Sharma, marketing manager.

Another factor that worked in Jonas' favor was because of Jonas Mobile, a tool that increases productivity and improves customer satisfaction for service contractors. The use of Jonas Mobile has more than doubled in the past year amongst their customer base. The Constructech announcement stated that mobile providers “were highest-ranked categories of emerging/hot technology to have an impact on the construction industry in the next five years, according to a recent Constructech survey.”

Mike Carrozzo, Constructech's chief editor wraps up the announcement by stating, “Constructech 50 serves as guide for anyone looking for innovative, proven technology within the construction marketplace.”

More information on the Constructech 50 is featured in the annual Constructech IT playbook.  Visit the Constructech website for more information

Webinar Feedback

(Re: August 12th 3:00pm Comprehensive Change Order)

Bernie,

I must tell you that the WebEx presented by Karoline yesterday was "so good". Please offer it again soon because I want out Project Managers to see what Jonas Software can do for them as Karoline presented it. She made so much work seem effortless and actually entered the transactions so we could see it work. This is much more convincing than telling us what it does. Also, there were no missteps in her presentation, nothing went wrong or didn't work. We all know how fast you lose your audience when things don't work in a presentation. Please thank Karoline for us.

Thank you,

Toni Kline
Enterprise Electric, Inc.
